In this age, the plot seems old and outdated, so you're left with this film that you can't really connect to. Filled with cliches, my recommendation is: remove brain before viewing.

An excellent dramatic little gem from South Korea. It delves into some deep and scary themes, coupled with it's slow and sometimes confusing pace might scare away a few watchers. Those who stay behind are treated to a very thought provoking film exploring questions like 'what lengths would you go to for the people you love?'.

A quirky little South Korean film about two unlikely characters falling in love. The unlikelihood of these events just makes the plot more and more humorous and enjoyable.

Every time I watch this movie I fall in love with it completely all over again. I never really understood people who would say that the plot was convoluted, probably only for those that haven't seen the original series.

In short, this is actually the first 3 Digimon movies from japan cut and pasted together to be released in America. The plot was altered to flow better, and in my opinion, made the entire movie better as it would cut out all the boring bits.

Probably not a film for everyone, but if you've seen the original series and liked it, I would recommend it!

A scary film showing what lengths a mother would go to, to protect one that she loves.

I actually really liked this series. It was quirky and gave a sense of nostalgia of the olden days and who would of known that the main character would grow up to lead in 'Gossip Girl' later on.

A heart-warming yet tear-jerking film, it'll hold you captivated till the end.

Cute little feel-good romance that seems to draw it's plot from more and more ridiculous events which are all tied up nicely at the end.

An excellent movie! Both dramatically moving and intense at moments, this film is a lot deeper than it looks, as it delves into topics such as personal identity and existentialism. The animation is clean, crisp and beautiful, though blatantly adding the 21st century fingerprint of 'blooming everything'. Production IG also needs to move on from it's standard character designs as they show striking resemblance to past features (Ghost in the Shell minus the bloom).

Whilst slow and confusing in some bits, the director manages to pull it off very nicely overall.
